Witness top athletes at the Jerome Classic, also part of Athletics Canada’s National Track and Field Tour, a series of the top high-performance track and field meets scheduled in the nation, and the World Athletics Continental Tour. The Jerome Classic provides important competitive opportunities for Canadian Athletes and allows Elites to earn valuable World Ranking points and prize money. RUNVAN is proud to support athletes in the quest for future National Team representation and World Rankings. The Meet is thanks to the vision and dedication of its founders, the Achilles International Track and Field Society.

Canada’s Meet
The Jerome Classic is Canada’s longest-running track and field event. The event was first ran in 1964, when Harry Jerome used the meet to build towards medalling at 1964 Tokyo Olympics 100 metre dash, and has since hosted top Elite Athletes annually since 1984.
