Volunteer
Thank you to all who run, cheer and volunteer! Your contributions help to build stronger communities. Please consider giving back in a volunteer role. RUNVAN® relies on nearly 3,000 volunteers annually.
Volunteers of all ages are welcome, however, children under the age of 19 years must have parental or guardian consent and be supervised by their parent, guardian or adult at all times while working together in the same volunteer role. School groups are encouraged to participate and all students under the age of 19 must be accompanied and supervised by their school teacher.

Potential volunteer roles include accreditation host, athlete information ambassador, athlete warmup basket carrier, block and lane markers crew, clean up crew, control tent crew, high jump and pole vault crew, hotel host, hurdle and steeplechase crew, javelin crew, media check-in host, merchandise sales host, results crew, set-up crew, shot put crew, staging area tent crew, ticket sales crew, transportation host, VIP host, Vancouver YVR Airport Host, etc.
